User Level Access

My Conference History

Step 1

You can see your conference history by clicking on the MY CONFERENCE HISTORY button.

Step 2

You will be able to see the complete list of conferences that were made from your account. There are options to search by date or account name and you can also export the list of calls to excel by clicking EXPORT TO EXCEL.

Click OPEN to view the list in excel.

Step 4

You will be able to view all the details in regards to the conferences that were made from your account.

Step 5

You can also view the details of the conference by clicking on the details icon.

Step 6

A window with all the details of the selected conference will appear such as start and end time, number of calls during the conference, total minutes, and call information.
