John J. Nelson
John Nelson is a Chief Executive Officer of Warner Pacific Insurance Services, one of the nation's largest health insurance general agencies serving over 40,000 small employers. John also has been a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters for more than 15 years. NAHU is an organization with approximately 20,000 health insurance professionals who serve over 100 million Americans. He has served in various leadership positions within the organization's local, state and national boards. Most notably, he was NAHU's president during 2005/2006. He is currently the Vice Chair for NAHU's political action committee. A respected authority on health insurance policy and legislation, John is a frequent presenter at industry forums and an author of numerous articles on health insurance-related topics. He has received numerous leadership and legislative awards including California AHU's Member of the Year and the Paladin Award, Los Angeles AHU's highest service honor.
Sherrie Zenter
Since 1985, Sherrie has had management experience with top producing, high risk brokerage and insurance companies. Her specialization is providing Life, Health & Disability solutions to those in the entertainment, manufacturing, and distribution industries, as well as to property owners and law firms. Sherrie is responsible for the strategy and operations of the Employee Benefits department, overseeing eight professionals. She has earned both a Master's degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is currently continuing her education at Walden University to obtain a PhD in the Applied Management & Decision Sciences Program.
Jill Jacoby
Jill has been in the insurance industry since 1993 and specializes in the entertainment, high net worth and retail arenas. She is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance, and is responsible for creating and managing relationships for Employee Benefit accounts from individual life insurance, small group and large group benefit clients. She is committed to staying current with changes in the benefit field to best advise her clients. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a minor in English from Cal Lutheran University and a personal financial planning designation from UCLA.
